The event was founded in 2002 as a meet-up of a handful of car clubs organized by “The X-Man” and has grown to a display of hundreds of vehicles including lowriders, bikes, motorcycles, trucks and customs. The free event also has live music from local talent, a Red Cross Blood Mobile for blood donations, “Be the Match” national bone-marrow registry and activities for children. There are around 900 men alive today in the Northern Territory, who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. (since records began) Sadly, statistically, we in the NT have one of the highest mortality rates in Australia.

Xavier The X-Man’s Cruise for the Cause, the family-friendly car show hosted by Magic 92.5 DJ Xavier The X-Man, will return for its 21st year Sunday at the Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista. Please register so we have an accurate count for food and beverages. Also, please share with anyone enthusiastic about our cause. This event is open to anyone who would enjoy the occasion. Xavier The X-Man® is on Magic 92.5 weekdays from 10am-3pm, and hosts the Sunday Night Oldies show! He has lived in San Diego since 2000 and was named Citizen of the Year in 2016 with an official proclamation for “Xavier The X-Man Day” on Sept. 16th.

The event has grown to an impressive display of hundreds of vehicle types, including lowriders, trucks and customs. We organize cruise vacations to help non-profits achieve their goals and mission while impacting the community. Our focal point is to help non-profit organizations raise much needed funds as a collaborative effort.

We specialize in planning and facilitating business meetings, conferences, general assemblies, and training programs for corporate clients and organizations. With increased money to donate, this will translate to more gas money, tires and tunes ups for the vehicles used to transport the children. This is a prime example of a community coming together with a passion for cars and mission to serve others.
Our mission is to make life better for those less fortunate by enhancing fundraising for charities and non-profit organizations. Cruise For A Cause is a unique fundraiser for charities. My car show will once again feature hundreds of vehicles, live entertainment, fun activities for the kids, vendor booths, and more.

Dan Neve has always been a Mustang enthusiast - it was when he had seen the new 2010 Shelby GT500 he knew that he wanted one to add to his collection. Then life happened when Dan's mother and wife were diagnosed with breast cancer about one month apart. It was as if the Ford has a better Idea light bulb went on and he knew that he had to do something. With your support, MKCCR has raised over $1 million since its inception, funding 14 major research projects. Please join us on Thursday, June 20th, 2024 for our Cruise for a Cause on the St. Croix River. Mezin-Koats Colon Cancer Research, in partnership with Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota, is gathering friends and families to promote further discoveries in the fight to end colon cancer.
Funds raised by Cruise for the Cause will be supporting NT blokes to be a part of clinical trials, one of which is already underway. 1 in 5 men in the NT are diagnosed at stages three or four – when prostate cancer is harder to beat (most of these men will benefit massively from lutetium and our clinical trial).
